It is estimated that each event will require a minimum of 2 waitstaff attendants. For every 18 guests, we provide 1 waitstaff member for seated dinners. Lack of adequate staff is very obvious to the guests and will undo careful planning.

General Information

Applies to all catered events except for requests for boxed lunches, breakfast boxes, or afternoon delights.

  1. Menu prices are based on a 50-person minimum.  There may be an up charge for parties under 50.
  2. All necessary disposable service ware is included in the menu price.
  3. Confirmation of exact number of guests is due 7 days in advance of the function.  You will be billed for the guaranteed number.  Any guests above the guaranteed number will be billed to you.
  4.  A 17% service charge will be added to the final bill.  These fees cover the costs associated with liability insurance, the use of  chafers, sternos, serving bowls, utensils, delivery equipment, food carriers, and mobile kitchens.
  5. A 30% deposit is required.  The balance is due in full 3 days prior to the event.
  6. Menu prices are subject to change without notice.  Written proposals are guaranteed for 30 days. A date is not secured until an event contract is signed and a deposit is received.
  7. Staff attire for formal events consists of white tuxedo shirt, tuxedo pants, black bow tie and black shoes. Casual attire includes a Cardinal Catering shirt, pants or shorts.
